First off let me say that I love your product and have enjoyed using it for easy clean up of dog waste! I just ordered a new scooper genie and another supply of bags, that said my old one no longer will hold the bag in, whatever mechanism is supposed to latch down on the bag to hold it in place until I push the red button has failed. I am not sure of the age on it and do not have a receipt but I do have it and could send it back if you could replace it. We have a cottage on the lake where we take the dogs and I would like to have one out there and one at my home. Like I said I just purchased a new one through Amazon and will always use your product, but I am a little disappointed that the one failed. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this.
